Support Agreement

• Initial three month agreement
• No contracts
• Routine monthly maintenance and support
• Reduced service rates (Regularly $80/Hour)
• Emergency service available
• Unlimited number of computers per site

Monthly Support Package

$60/Site/Month

• 25% off our standard service rates of $80/Hour

Additional Support Service

• $60/Hour – Depot or Onsite Service

Hours of Support

• Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm
• After hours / Emergency support available at standard service rates
  (minimum 1.5 hours)
